Hello, I’m Matt Stech, Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia.  I am EMDR (Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained and focus on helping adults with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences and negative self concept/low self esteem.  I work exclusively by video appointment (telehealth) and offer later appointments that accommodate working professionals . My services are private pay only, I do not accept insurance at this time.
